We spent New Year's Eve in Tempe at the the Insight Bowl watching Kansas and Minnesota play. Thank you to a member at the Phoenix Country Club we attend for free. We had seats on the thirty-five yard line, ninth row!
On New Year's day Bryan and myself decided to spend grandma and grandpa Bradshaw's gift cards that we got for Christmas! We bought a glider for the baby's room and trunks to go in our guest room! Thank you grandma and grandpa, we love and miss you!
Christmas Eve was a little different for Bryan and myself this year. Our church, Estrella Falls Baptist is too small to hold Christmas Eve services and our church also shares its pastor with Avondale Baptist Church. We attended Christmas Eve services at the Avondale Church where we only knew a few people. Very different from last year at North Phoenix. Bryan and I enjoyed our last Christmas Eve with just the two of us. Next year we'll be three and Christmas probably won't be as quiet. Later that night Stoney our roommate from last year came over. We ate and watched a movie before heading to bed.
These are pictures of my friend Michelle and her baby Aiden. Michelle and Jeff live in Kalispell, MT. The top picture is of my cousin Janie and her husband Jeremy during Christmas in Lander, Wyoming where his family lives.
I a teacher by trade but now a stay at home mom who recently moved from Arizona back to her hometown. My husband who was once a professional golfer is now a banker. We are blessed to have two wonderful children. My hobbies include teaching our children and Sunday school, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and crafting.
